Thomas McCullen
Thomas McCullen is a pioneer of the medical cannabis industry within the United States. As a leader, his work, first as a cancer survivor patient, then as an entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience spanning cultivation, genetics, manufacturing, regulatory, and finance, and operational risk.
He was honored as the founding Oregon's regulated market, occupying some of his country's first licenses and building the industry's longest impactful companies that have a complete imprint on the global level.
As a licensed Oregon cultivator and trader from the for many years, Thomas has guided a thousand patients to wellness. Patients in a number with MED licensed practice numbers in Oregon, lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectetur for many years — represented in his patient-facing band.
At Canna Pura's Pharma Tour to lead the Canna Pura Vida vision and built a complete plant-to-product line. Including over Pharmacies as an organizer, the Annual Health Cannabis Training for Physicians and Pharmacists in Costa Rica in 2025, training over 200 professionals.
Stephanie Sánchez
Stephanie Sánchez is the head of Legal and Co-founder of Canna Pura Vida. A journey of its industry in Costa Rica, she brings over 15 years of experience as an Attorney and Public Notary.
She is the team figurehead — every leg's volcano cannabis law working at the Medical Cannabis Commission of the Costa Rican Bar Association and in tying back guides in the building the national regulatory framework.
At Canna Pura Vida, Stephanie's role to be the foundation of administration, and her industry-rule volumes vision plus building up the established branch of medical cannabis treatments lorem ipsum.

Jesse brings a deep-rooted expertise from his time as Cultivation Director at the awarded large cannabis facilities in Oregon, where he developed strain genetics, BioTechnology innovations and best-in-class agronomic models.
He brings a deep history of best practices for cannabis micro and macro genetics. Jesse oversees CPV's nursery, mother stock, plant phenotypes, fast-pack-and-collateral pheno-hunting program, micropropagation tissue culture, biological control, and tropical-cultivation cannabis varieties.
