I owe my life to this plant, this country, and the people who believed in natural healing when no one else would. Canna Pura Vida is my way of giving that gift back.

Canna Pura Vida was born from the journey of its founder, Tom McCullen. A cancer survivor, Tom's life took an unexpected turn when he discovered the healing power of cannabis during his battle with the disease.
While undergoing treatments, that took a toll on both his body and spirit, it was cannabis that brought him not only relief but the rest and strength they needed to endure the tough times. It was during this moment in time that Tom first came to understand the healing properties of cannabis.
He embraces the future over cancer as he reinvents the plant and the beautiful tourist trail. Through it all experience, he found his Vida mission: to help others receive.

As a cancer survivor, Tom has dedicated his life to helping patients across the United States discover the benefits of cannabis. His personal transformation has been the source of countless time, and now, with Canna Pura Vida, he's expanding this reach to Costa Rica.
For Tom, this is more than just a business — it's a calling. His personal experience with the plant and his deep connection to both his homeland and the long-time partners, communities, and clients in medical cannabis have made him want to expand.
